So I recently ( today ) I decided to use my upcoming 6 weeks on tour as a way to get in shape. I’m basically forcing myself to come back in better condition then I left. I know it’s hard to stick to a schedule when you’re crammed in a van for hours on end, but I think it’d probably help with my day to day mental stability. Currently I’m trying to get some other bands together to help catalog their life on the road. So far it seems like everyone seems pretty interested, even if it’s just a couple funny posts.

I want to have this site run the gamut of healthy and unheathly, because tour usually revolves around convenience. Sometimes you’re stuck with whatever is available at a 24-hour travel mart with zero options besides that awful refried bean dip and pretzels. SODIUM!

The name Physical Fatness doesn’t really mean anything, it’s just the name of a Fat Wreck Comp that came out in the late 90’s. I don’t think I even really liked it.

So at the very least, expect some random posts from Laura Stevenson and The Cans. You can also see us on our upcoming tour with Andrew Jackson Jihad and ROAR.
